PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE INSTITUTIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION
ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE ARTEMIDE, with registered office in Florence, via Ricasoli 9R, Tax Code 94232630486 (hereinafter, the “Controller”), as data controller, hereby informs you pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes set out below:
1. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROCESSING
The Controller processes the personal data you provide by filling in the contact form on the website www.artemidefirenze.com, including – by way of example – first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The processing is carried out solely in order to pursue the institutional aims promoted by the association itself, within the limits of the provisions of its articles of association and in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
3. METHODS OF PROCESSING
a) The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations referred to in art. 4 no. 2 GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, elaboration, alteration, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data. Personal data are processed both on paper and by electronic and/or automated means.
The Controller will process personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above.
b) The operations may be carried out with or without the support of electronic or otherwise automated tools.
c) The processing is carried out by the Controller and/or by the persons authorised to process the data.
d) Data and contact details are stored in such a way as to ensure their confidentiality.
4. PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of personal data is strictly necessary in order to carry out the activities referred to in point 2.
5. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 4 makes it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point 2.
6. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Personal data will be known to the persons authorised to process them and may be communicated, for the purposes referred to in point 2, to external collaborators and, in general, to all those parties to whom such communication proves necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 2.
7. DISSEMINATION OF DATA.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination.
8. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries and to third countries within the scope of the purposes referred to in point 2.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Art. 7 of the Code grants the data subject the exercise of specific rights, including the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist and to have such data made available in intelligible form; the data subject has the right to be informed of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing, and of the identification details of the controller and of the parties to whom the data may be communicated; the data subject also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of the data, and the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in breach of the law; the data subject has the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of the data, save in cases of mandatory processing expressly provided for by the laws in force.
10. DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE ARTEMIDE, with registered office in Florence, via Ricasoli 9R. The persons responsible for the processing are Ms Giorgia Mecatti and Ms Lavinia Franceschi, as owners of the association.
